Your music will be available for sale at iTunes, Napster, Liquid Digital Media (Wal-Mart's digital download store), Amazon, Yahoo,
Rhapsody, Verizon V-Cast, and more. Each of the internet stores has its own pay scale, but after their deductions the only person
realizing payment for your music will be its copyright holder--you. Emstone Music Publishing will not require you to sign a publishing
contract. You own your music and all rights to it, and we will never make any money from the sale of your music.

Please remember that you must be the sole copyright holder for all the music on the CD you're planning to sell. In addition, you'll
need to have your CD's artwork in place when you sign up for our service. The artwork can be as simple as a single cover picture in a
slimline case, or as elaborate as a jewel case with a cover, insert, spine print and backing picture.

Our one-time price of $175 includes all charges by CD Baby, a lifetime barcode dedicated exclusively to your recording, audio clips of
the songs from your CD you want on the CD Baby website, and the placement of your CD on CD Baby and all the other sites to which
CD Baby digitally distributes it. When we receive your payment, we'll send you a confirmation email with the rest of the easy details.
